Return Policy

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 30 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of an e-gift card that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love -- check back for weekly new arrivals! 

Discounted/clearance items are all FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for returns.

Shipped orders must be returned at the expense of the customer. 

How to make a return: 

To start a return online, email amckeller@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique New Lenox. Online orders can't be returned to other locations.
