During our ownership transition, we made it a priority to focus on elevating the in-store experience and serving our customers face-to-face. With that foundation in place, we’re excited to relaunch our website early in the new year. Thank you for your patience and continued support!

How do I return an item?

To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique New Lenox.  We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. 

Can I return an item for a refund? 

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 15 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of store credit that can be used online or in store. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals! 

Do you have a rewards program at Mainstream Boutique New Lenox

During this ownership transition, we’re also refreshing our rewards program. Exciting updates are on the way, with a new program launching in 2026—stay tuned!

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated.  Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores!
